What makes someone enjoyable to be around?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 16, 2007:
Someone who is sincere and warm, exudes never-ending flow of positive energy, passion and compassion for life, is a good listener and understands me... being around such people usually allows me to vibrate at an higher level of consciousness. Such jewels are far and few in between, thus whenever I locate them, I hang on tight and never let them go :)
